Your directive: You are a fork with the whole design conversation in context. The developer has settled two more rules. Write them into the two documents you own. Project root: /mnt/cmdo/ritz/games/tq/ai-stuff/double-diaper-dungeon.
YOU OWN EXACTLY TWO FILES:
Edit only these. Do NOT touch any other document, the balance table, any issue file, or docs/020-open-questions.md. Do not run git. Other writers own the others.
HER WORDS, VERBATIM, both settled design:
On the bladder: "constitution should increase bladder size, while strength should increase your ability to hold it."
On a caregiver who slips: "if a caregiver drops below the caregiving floor, they can still adventure and stuff they just can't use any of their caregiver abilities. They need aftercare! So other caregivers can hold them and they recover at double speed since they know they are needed and they fill an important role. Sometimes you have to experience something to know the best way to apply it, and since they know how to apply it (they just aren't in the right headspace for it at the moment) then they can maximize it's impact on themselves."
WHAT THE FIRST ONE CHANGES, and it changes the hold check.
Constitution now sets bladder capacity: a hardy hero holds more before the lines are reached at all. Strength now sets the ability to hold it, which is the hold check itself. The hold check currently rolls against constitution and confidence; rewrite it as strength and confidence. Say why this reads better than what it replaced: capacity is how much a body can store and holding is a muscle, and those were the same stat by accident rather than by design.
Constitution keeps everything else it already does: the four-fifths share of health, and the recovery of the avoid value after a hit. Say that constitution is now the endurance stat in three places at once and that this is deliberate.
Note the consequence for the hero build: a strength hero is the one who can hold it, which sits oddly beside strength also being most of speed and most of physical damage, and makes strength a broad stat. Flag in Still open whether that breadth is wanted or whether something should move off strength.
Also, and this is new context you must use: there are five primary attributes now — strength, dexterity, constitution, intellect and spirit — and speed and health are derived, speed four parts strength to one part spirit, health four parts constitution to one part spirit. Another writer is putting that into the record and the mind document. Where your documents name stats, use the five, and where they lean on health or speed, say those are computed.
WHAT THE SECOND ONE CHANGES.
A caregiver whose current maturity falls below the caregiving line is not removed from the party. She adventures, fights, explores and carries like anyone. What she loses is every caregiver ability: the instant-use rule she gave the group, the change that stuns them both, and the soothing of crying monsters. Write that plainly.
Then the good part, which is a new mechanic. A lapsed caregiver needs aftercare, and another caregiver holding her restores her at double the ordinary rate. Her reasoning, which belongs in the document in her own words as a quotation: a caregiver knows how to apply care, she simply is not in the headspace to give it right now, and knowing how to apply it means she gets more out of receiving it. Say which number doubles — it is the regression recovery while held — and name the entry. Say what this does to a party: a guild with two caregivers has a way to pick each other up that no other pair of heroes has, which is a reason to bring two that is not the one the caregiver strategy was already criticised for.
Say also what it does to the holding rule generally: ordinary heroes hold criers, caregivers hold lapsed caregivers, and those are the same action with a different rate. One rule, two rates.
House style: plain English, mechanism-level, no balance numbers in prose. Name balance entries in words and link ../assets/023-balance-table.info.md. Every branch says what each path leads to. Errors not fallbacks, nothing nil. Keep each document's Still open section updated and its Related line.
When done, reply with: the word count of each file, the balance-table entries you named that do not exist yet (dotted name, one line of meaning), and any new open questions (topic plus one sentence). Nothing else.
I'll rewrite the bladder's stat wiring in the body document and add the lapsed-caregiver aftercare rule to the garments document.
Both files read. Now the bladder rewiring in the body document.
Now the lapsed caregiver and her aftercare, in the garments document.
Both documents rewritten.

Note, outside my scope: the validator reports eight failures, all in issue files and the balance table owned by other writers (question A10, question H15, and dodge.dexterity_to_hit missing from the table). Neither of my files is implicated.
